"I’m Leila Rashidbeigi. For over 15 years, I have worked as a psychologist with the goal of improving people's mental health and well-being. Initially committed to the cognitive-behavioral approach, I focused on relationships as a crucial foundation for human growth and development. Since 2021, after joining the Canadian EFT Association (ICEEFT), I have paid closer attention to the significance of attachment in relationships. Together with my clients, using an emotion-focused approach, we explore the depths of their interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships, discovering valuable insights with curiosity. Additionally, I have been working with immigrants and their challenges for nearly a decade, and I am honored to support them. Helping to heal people's pain and suffering and enhancing their quality of life is my greatest motivation in life.
