"I’m Hoda, a family counselor with a master’s degree and a specialization in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Since my teenage years, I have been passionate about understanding myself, others, and the world around me. This curiosity led me to the field of counseling, where I now help individuals and couples navigate their emotions and relationships with greater awareness and confidence.

My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, cultivate deeper and healthier connections, and develop emotional regulation skills—ultimately fostering a sense of security and support within yourself and your relationships."
